The armor looks very good to me. I don't really see what you're pointing out? The hand couldn't move at all? They drew the hand armor exactly as his is. [link]
The openings of the armor are at the right vital points for him to bend his fingers around a weapon and grasp it.
The bottom part of the armor..again drawn almost exactly like his armor.

I just don't understand what you are saying? I totally don't see how they drew the armor wrong when to me it looks exactly the way it should be?
Armor: The way the armor is drawn it would be impossible to move at all in a armor like this. Steel isn't supposed to be flexible, so the hand couldn't be moved at all, the arms would be very restricted and the bottom part of the armor would hinder you at walking. Take a look at the original armor of Gilgamesh [link] The shoulder pads have more space and consist out of multiple parts so they allow a lot more freedom. The bottom piece of the armor leaves a lot more space. The gloves is just textile with steel elements attached to them.
