I know this is only my opinion, but I think the new Dante...looks...STUPID!
I hated the fact that the producers in the tutorial level had to have a random white wig fly on to his head. Oh yeah, like I'm supposed to believe that a random white wig, FROM OUT OF NOWHERE, just so happens to fly on his head. Doesn't that just see like a bit of a slap to the fans of the original? It sort of like they're saying, "Fuck you guys, we think our Dante is better." The picture looks great by the way, I really like the art design.

except for the smoking part because his creator Hideki Kamiya designed made him to be against that. Smoking is not badass nor does it make a substitute for lack of characterization. For example Solid Snake is not badass because he loves to smoke. Personally as someone with asthma I agree. Oh and not to worry. There is DLC you can purchase to get the real Dante in his DMC3 attire except with a pot belly.

It pains me to see such a talented artist such as yourself trying to fix something that is beyond repair.
